 Real Man Ministries has a global vision of teaching men to teach around the world. Real Man Ministries has been established as a force to teach men to teach other men thus multiplying the message beyond what one man can do. 

Throughout Phoenix: Real Man trains men in Champion Schools and MaxTrack Curriculum meetings throughout the week. These meetings teach hundreds of men biblical principles that launch them out of mediocre lives into lives of excellence. Once the curriculum is completed the men receive a Real Man Sword symbolizing the Sword of Truth in a special commissioning service.
 

Across America: Men trained up in Real Man Ministries are reaching out to teach others about the core principle that being a Real Man is being Christlike. Real Man trains men to be better husbands, fathers, winners, leaders and champions by teaching that maturity doesn't come with age but with the acceptance of responsibility for their actions. Real Man Ministries also assists pastors in establishing men's ministry in their church utilizing proven men's ministry principles that work.
 

Around the world: Real Man Ministries sends out international teams to travel to nations to teach and train men to teach other men by bringing them books, tapes and curriculum so the work of teaching men to teach continues and multiplies throughout the nation.
 

After completing the Real Man MaxTrack Curriculum, by Edwin Louis Cole, men are honored by those who have received their Real Man Swords in prior commissionings. Each man is individually honored with a personalized Real Man Sword for their accomplishment.
